INTRODUCTION
La Chevre Verte is a old goat farm . Open to the public, it offers campsite and a cottage (Gîtes de France)
Located on the edge of the Isle Crémieu, in the Pays des Couleurs, in the tiny hamlet of Marlieu, in the community of Bouvesse-Quirieu, La Chevre Verte faces the Bugey mountains.
THE FARM
Now retired, we only have two goats : Lilas and Caramel which continue to delight young and old alike...
Clochette, our donkey likes to be pampered. The farmyard in freedom on the estate, supplies us with eggs and meat. The pigs serve as compost on legs.
CAMPSITE
In a big shady meadow, just outside of the barn, the nature lovers alike can retire to the calmness and joy of being in the country.
In a family ambiance, one can swim in the pool, play bowls or participate in a ping-pong ball tournament, ride or walk the many trails that surround Marlieu, or shop at the local markets. The choices are endless for the campers, unless you just prefer to lie back and listen to the birds!
